COLOR COLLISION IN THE CORNER

INTRODUCTION & INSPIRATION

This group of photos is taken from some small scenes, such as corner lights, cactus, parasols, water waves, and even part of stairs. In fact, these corners are filled with many different colors, but these colors collide with each other very harmoniously and do not appear abrupt. Some distinct contrast colors, such as sky blue and bright yellow, green and rose red, attach to natural and life objects, but they complement each other.

Good photography not only uses light and shadow to control the atmosphere but also uses color to control the tonality of the image, so as to make it harmonious and unified as a whole. The combination of colors determines the visual beauty of the picture. The theme of this set of photos is to observe the color and color collisions in some corners from the perspective that people can easily ignore in their daily lives.

The inspiration for this group of photographs comes from William Eggleston, a master of color photography. His photographs are different from previous black-and-white photographs. Black-and-white photographs are more narrative, while color photographs can reveal more emotions. In his photos, we see blue sky, green trees, love, white house, green pillars, and red ceiling, red passion, blue coolness, green comfort and yellow tension. In our daily life, we often ignore the color changes of some things around us because of the adaptability of our eyes. However, these changes can be recorded in photographs.
